El riesgo en la compraventa de vino en el derecho romano

Abstract

The author attempts to look at the chief circumstances which, in relation to the bar­gain and sale of wine, affect the transmission of risk from its becoming moldy or sour. The method used is the exegetical analysis of the texts preserved in the Digesto, notwithstanding it is noticed that, according to the author, a thorough comprehension of its contents becomes difficult because of its manipulation. The article suggests interpretation of the texts concerning this matter.
